Briefly introduce the Harvard study on happiness?
Are you surprised by Dr. Robert’s findings?
According to your opinion, what makes a good life?

Hello everyone, I am Jason. According to the research results, the most important thing in life is interpersonal relationships. I am not surprised by this result, because friends are the most important thing for me. If you want to make life better, just to make life more colorful, you must learn English well, work hard to make money, and travel abroad. You can understand different cultures and enrich your life abroad. Of course, you must find a partner.

How to stop procrastinating?

View on Vocaroo >>

Hello everyone, my name is Jason, and I have severe procrastination symptoms. For example, I would wake up in the morning and sleep until the last minute, and I would only do homework on the last day, and I would start the exam a week before.
These facts are because I think there is still time for me to do other easier things, and keep putting things that I don't want to do.
It's hard for me to stop procrastinating. Unless it matters, most things I don't like are not given priority.
